Our Journey

2016 Our journey began in June as a one week experiment & exploration into the possibilities in VR/AR/MR. In August we launched Digital Raign and announced the Shifting the Paradigm Summit at the Esalen Institute. We were joined by eighty influencers exploring the intersection of VR, Social Impact & Mindfulness, re-establishing Esalen as the "Davos of Reality" and our community as a "UN of VR" through this initial event which is now an annual gathering at the Institute.

After the Summit, we led strategy sessions with Dr. Tom Furness, the Grandfather of VR, and partnership planning for his non-profit, Virtual World Society. We were then invited to the White House for a Day Long Workshop on VR + STEM Inclusion and closed the year by establishing a partnership with think tank Emerging Future Institute and a presentation for DCVR held at AARP 's innovation lab, The Hatchery.

2017 The year started off with a bang when we were asked by VR Fest to activate Nomadic Raign, a VIP experience at CES. We followed this up with our Consciousness in VR event series launch which included curating an all female panel discussion on consciousness and VR with immersion industry leaders.

The Horizon

Phase TWO! We established ourselves as the reality industry’s first executive search firm and are now rolling out a suite of services from Search, to outsourced CFO to IP and Legal as well as Business Development and Marketing. Through our partnership with Cyberlab9 and Paragon VR we deliver a full suite of creative services and custom projects for corporate clientele. We've curated a unique stable of celebrities interested in utilizing emergent technology to ensure they stay ahead of the curve. We work with these rockstars individually and collectively - designing international retreats where they can convene while creating bleeding edge content.

Our second annual Reality Summit at The Esalen Institute in September 2017 will house 100 Thought Leaders with an emphasis on the trifecta of emerging technology, social impact and mindfulness/personal development. We've created 'ALL-IN' our diversity and inclusion initiative which will be announced at the Augmented World Expo; this initiative includes a women in emergent tech 5 day Summit at the INstitute slotted for early 2018. We have an additional 20+ 50-100 person immersive retreats being evaluated in locations around the world, such as Bermuda, Tulum and Greece among others and a conference/think tank developing in the Netherlands in collaboration with local partners - SingularityU, Brainport, BOM and Lumo Labs.

We have also launched Nomadic Raign, home of our emergent technology airstream fleet; featuring The Rainmakr, our 34 ft mobile production, recording and editing studio, VR experience activator and VIP Lounge.
